I didn’t start my work because I had everything figured out.
I started it because I was asking deeper questions about how we live, work, and lead.

Over time, I realized that leadership isn’t something reserved for titles or positions.
It’s something we practice every day—through our decisions, our mindset, and how we show up in our lives and with others.

Today, my work brings together coaching, consulting, and facilitation to support individuals and organizations in developing that kind of leadership—from the inside out.

I work at three levels: the individual, the team, and the organization.

Because lasting change doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when awareness turns into aligned action.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across individual coaching, team development, and organizational initiatives—supporting leaders and teams in strengthening engagement, communication, and culture.

My Work in Practice

My experience includes working within organizations as an employee engagement partner, facilitating leadership conversations, and creating spaces where people can reflect, align, and take meaningful action.

I’m also the host of The Genius in You podcast and co-author of RELIT, where I explore themes of leadership, growth, and human experience.
